The site is located near the Casino’s Gardens in Monte Carlo. The project involves the creation of a new luxury apartments building with a retail space at ground floor. The public path is considered along the retail space to connect two main streets with different height and Casino’s Gardens. We proposed well-lit apartments with double height living rooms and generous outdoor terraces to let the natural light interior, to take advantage of the warm weather and to enjoy the surrounding view of the city. The living rooms which are oriented to the south, to the view of the Gardens and of the sea have a glass shutter façade that can be completely open to the outdoor terraces. Swimming pool located on the terrace and a roof garden are designed for the roof top apartment.

モンテカルロのカジノ前の公園近くの高級コンドミニアムのコンペ。一階部分に配された店舗に沿って歩道がデザインされ、高さの異なる大きな道路と横の公園を結ぶ。それぞれのコンドミニアムには、二層分の吹き抜けのあるリビングの延長に屋外テラスがデザインされ、内外を緩やかにつなぐ、温暖な気候を活かした設計となっている。リビングは公園と海の眺望を楽しめる南向きに配し、ガラスシャッターを開けるとテラスまで一つの空間となる。最上階のへ部屋では、テラスでプールや、屋上菜園も楽しめる。
