Silver City Resort, Clubhouse ―USA, 2009

Located in Road, California, Silver City Resort is a well-known and historic lodge in the Sequoia National Park. On the site there are Chalets, Cabins, Playground, Store, Parking, Workshop, Restroom and numerous natural features, including creeks, rocks and trees. Many of the structures are historic, dating back to the 1930’s. The Owner wanted a new Lodge and Spa to be nestled in the woods. The Spa with Sauna, Steam Room and Hot Tubs overlooks a gorge, providing dramatic scenic views of nature.

シルバーシティリゾートは、セコイア国立公園にある、歴史あるロッジで、カリフォルニア州に位置している。サイト内は山小屋、遊び場、店、駐車場、ワークショップスペース、トイレ、そして自然豊かな小川、岩や木々などがある。建造物の多くは、1930年代にまで遡る、歴史的なものである。施主は森に囲まれる新しいロッジとスパ温泉施設を希望した。そこで、自然のドラマチックな景色と渓谷を見渡すことができる施設を提案した。
