Takatori Catholic Church Chair

This chair is composed of three cutouts from a single plywood panel; the seat, front legs and backboard.
One panel of 900mm x 1800mm can make three chairs.
These chairs are stackable and with a separate piece cut out from the backboard, can be connected to form a bench with a slight curvature, that fits the round space in the church.
There are notches cut in the backboard for hanging hand bags.

座面、前脚、背板と後ろ脚の3つのパーツを同時に切り出す木取りで、かつスタッキングも可能なイスである。
900 mm x1800 mmの合板から3脚作る事ができる。
さらに背板から切り取った板はイスとイスを連結する座面となり、円形の教会にあったベンチとなる。
また、背板の溝にはバッグを掛けることができるようになっている。
